We start by cleaning you chimney (if needed), cleaning the firebox, Painting the fire box black (this really sets off the fireplace and makes it look beautiful), installing a new gas line, pan, sand and burning embers. It's so realistic! One problem for us as chimney sweeps is you won't need us to do a creosote sweep on your chimney again! However, it burns clean, is very convenient, (turn it on for 5 minutes or 5 hours) and when it's off...it's off! No waiting until the fire goes down to give you peace of mind. We are experts in installation and it starts with getting the right size.
